Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 in HRBP or generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor law and employment regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate goals into people strategies and workforce plans.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, succession planning.
