Job summary

You will drive process improvements, standardize HR workflows, oversee daily inquiries, onboarding, benefits administration, payroll support, and ensure strict compliance with policies and laws while partnering with Delivery Managers on cross-functional HR projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR Shared Services HelpDesk with at least 2 years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of HR Shared Services professionals to deliver exceptional service.
• Set goals, provide feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Identify efficiency improvements and standardize HR processes.
• Oversee day-to-day HR services including inquiries, onboarding, payroll support, and other HR-related functions.
• Collaborate with Delivery Managers to align HR services with business needs.
• Prepare reports on team performance and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with laws and organizational policies.
• Assist in creating SOPs to align knowledge across staff.
