• Experience in the Philippines or with Filipino labor law preferred.
• Experience handling expat staff or regional reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations in the Philippines including onboarding, contracts, employee records, timekeeping, and separation processes.
• Coordinate payroll with finance or outsourced vendors.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees on HR policies, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Handle disciplinary actions and warnings in line with policy and labor law.
• Oversee local recruitment from job posting to offer management, and coordinate with HQ for expat onboarding and relocation.
