Qualifications

• Basic to intermediate HR professional with a strong recruiting background.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Experience recruiting accounting/consulting professionals is desirable.
• Familiar with headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver recruitment plans based on understanding of recruitment methods.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies with creative techniques.
• Assess candidates to ensure technical fit and SGV culture fit.
• Understand firm's recruitment tools, processes and branding throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Practice and People Team to support hiring decisions.
