Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced M&A professional in the Philippines to perform financial, commercial, and operational analyses of companies and projects. You will draft materials, support business development, and advise on strategy and negotiations.

Maintain confidentiality, manage multiple deals, and build sector expertise while expanding the firm’s brand and client origination capabilities in a global context.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate finance/M&A processes, analysis, and completion of deliverables such as information memoranda.
• Excellent analytical skills with negotiation or influencing abilities.
• Able to demonstrate confidence in client situations and add value through sector insight.
• Able to work under tight deadlines while maintaining confidentiality and morale.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial, commercial, operational analysis of companies and projects.
• Conduct sector analysis or industry research.
• Draft transaction materials (teaser, information memorandum, etc.).
• Support new business development and client pitches.
• Advise clients on transaction strategy, deal structure, and negotiation tactics.
• Support multiple projects and transactions concurrently.
• Develop sector expertise and expand SGV's brand and origination capabilities.
• Collaborate with colleagues globally to deliver enhanced transaction solutions.
