Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a Project Implementation Specialist to drive strategic and operational initiatives, including process improvement and digital transformation. You will coordinate across multiple teams, track timelines, deliverables and milestones, and prepare status reports and implementation materials.

You will support change management through training and stakeholder engagement, capture user feedback, address issues, and push actions to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project implementation, change management, PMO, business operations, process improvement, or a similar role.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project implementation activities across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, action items, and milestones.
• Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and potential delays before they impact project delivery.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, trackers, presentations, and implementation materials.
• Support change management initiatives through communication, training, stakeholder engagement, and adoption activities.
• Track user feedback and implementation issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Drive action items to completion and ensure commitments are followed through.
• Identify opportunities to improve, simplify, automate, or standardize processes.
