Job summary

ING Philippines is seeking a Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist to manage end-to-end compensation, benefits, and performance management operations and support payroll activities. You will execute, validate, and coordinate processes across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring timely enrollments, accurate payroll transactions, terminations, reconciliations, and audits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of payroll and benefits operations experience.
• Experience in end-to-end payroll processing and year-end activities.
• Strong Excel and payroll data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate payroll, benefits, compensation, and performance management tasks across the employee lifecycle.
• Ensure accuracy, compliance, and governance of payroll processes and data.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Lead resolution of payroll discrepancies and operational risks with root-cause analysis.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, report performance and escalate risks as needed.
