ING Hubs Philippine Branch is seeking a CPS Performance and Rewards Expert to lead end-to-end payroll operations within a global People Services context in Makati, Philippines.
The role focuses on payroll accuracy, compliance with local regulations, benefits, and performance-related aspects, partnering with HR, Finance, and vendors to resolve complex issues and drive process improvements while coaching teammates.
Help Shape a Seamless Employee Experience
As a Performance and Rewards Senior Specialist, you will serve as a subject matter expert responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations and supporting compensation, benefits, and performance management activities. Manage and validate compensation, benefits, performance management, and payroll activities across the full process lifecycle, from payroll preparation through post-payroll reconciliation, reporting, and audit support. Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and adherence to policies, controls, statutory requirements, governance standards, and service level agreements. Partner with HR, Finance, Local People Services, payroll vendors, benefits providers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and service excellence. Lead the resolution of complex payroll issues, discrepancies, escalations, and operational risks through effective root cause analysis and corrective actions. Drive process standardization, efficiency improvements, automation opportunities, and service enhancements to improve employee and stakeholder experience. Maintain process documentation and knowledge repositories, support onboarding and knowledge transfer activities, and coach team members on BAU operations and best practices. Monitor KPIs, SLAs, and operational performance, facilitate stakeholder discussions, provide strategic recommendations, manage workload distribution, and proactively address risks and dependencies.
