Emapta Philippines invites a Compensation Analyst to shape global compensation programs for a premium retail business. You’ll drive strategy, market benchmarking, and job architecture across geographies, partnering with HR leadership and business leaders to ensure pay decisions are competitive and data-driven.

This hybrid Makati role offers Day 1 HMO, night shift options, upskilling through Emapta Academy, and a range of benefits as you influence compensation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including at least 3 years guiding compensation design and governance.
• 5+ years of hands-on compensation experience supporting a U.S.-based public company, including salary administration and market pricing.
• Strong expertise in job architecture, leveling, and pay structure design.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and evolve the compensation strategy and pay philosophy to align with business goals and market positioning.
• Design scalable, market-based pay structures across geographies while preserving consistency.
• Advise HR leadership on pay decisions, market positioning, and total cash competitiveness.
• Lead development and governance of job architecture, levels, progression, and career paths.
• Oversee job mapping, leveling, and validation as roles align with global framework and HRIS integration.
• Define phased approach to implementing compensation strategy across base pay, bonuses, and equity.
• Lead benchmarking with Mercer, WTW, Salary.com, Payfactors, and Aon to inform pay structures.
• Administer salary structures across geographies and market pricing.
