Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Advisor to move beyond transactional AP work and own commission processing while managing cases, escalations, and partner relationships across an international education environment.

You will be onsite in Makati with flexible shifts and a focus on accuracy, SLA adherence, and strong communication with global stakeholders. This role offers growth, mentorship, and a comprehensive benefits package including HMO and weekends off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience in an outsourced AP team.
• Proven relationship management experience with internal teams, vendors and stakeholders.
• Experience with global payments and bank payment processes.
• Experience using case management systems and AP query resolution.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with corporate reporting tools.
• Knowledge of cloud-based finance systems is a plus (Salesforce, FinancialForce, Varicent).
• Excellent communication, analytical and detail-oriented abilities.
• Eligibility to work in the Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME for end-to-end commission processes and policies.
• Own and manage cases for assigned agents and meet SLAs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve commission and payment issues.
• Prepare monthly performance and agent satisfaction reports.
• Mentor and support global teams across regions.
