Job summary

Mace Group is seeking a senior compensation professional to lead global compensation design and governance from our Manila/Makati hub. You will own salary structures, ranges, and job grading while ensuring fair, compliant pay decisions across regions.

You will drive annual salary reviews, oversee bonus programs, and partner with HR, Finance and leadership to deliver data-driven rewards insights in a fast-paced, multinational setting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in compensation or related discipline in a multinational/shared services environment.
• Strong experience designing pay ranges, salary structures, and compensation frameworks.
• Experience administering bonus and incentive programs, including budget management.

Responsibilities

• Design, review, and maintain compensation frameworks (salary structures, pay ranges, job grading).
• Lead annual compensation review cycles; advise on pay increase budgets.
• Administer incentive and bonus programs; model and implement within approved frameworks.
• Support compensation across multiple countries; ensure consistency with local practices and legislation.
• Monitor legislative changes to ensure compliance locally and internationally.
• Partner with HR, Finance, and leadership to deliver data-driven compensation insights.
• Develop and improve SOPs, processes, and toolkits for compensation.
• Drive process improvements and audit-ready enhancements for efficiency.
• Support audit/compliance activities with required documentation.
• Act as SME for complex compensation queries and vendor coordination.
• Identify risks/opportunities and suggest practical improvements.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders (including UK teams) on projects.
• Coach and develop junior team members; promote knowledge sharing.
