Job summary

Boldr Impact in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst who will own day-to-day execution of global compensation programmes, serving as backup to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards. You will be the technical expert on job evaluation, market benchmarking, job architecture and salary banding.

You will maintain compensation structures, lead evaluations and benchmarking, drive leveling and banding globally, manage dashboards and data integrity in HRIS, and pilot AI-enabled workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
5+ years of compensation analysis experience in global or multi-country environments.
Deep expertise in job evaluation, market benchmarking, and salary banding.

Responsibilities

Own compensation strategy design and job leveling frameworks.
Drive global job architecture consistency and career ladders.
Lead annual compensation review cycles and end-to-end projects.
Design dashboards and data models; ensure data integrity in HRIS and compensation systems.
Pilot AI-enabled workflows to speed decision-making and influence pay practices.
