Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking a Paraplanner who translates complex financial strategies into sophisticated modelling, compliant Statements of Advice, and actionable recommendations across wealth structures.

You will partner with advisers to elevate advice quality on an international stage in a hybrid Makati or Cebu setup, with day shifts and weekends off. Enjoy Day 1 HMO coverage, a salary up to PHP 75,000, a sign-on bonus, pension-like benefits, and ongoing upskilling through Emapta Academy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Financial Management, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of hands-on paraplanning experience in financial planning or wealth management.
• Strong Xplan proficiency for modelling, client records, and SOA/ROA prep.
• Experience preparing SOAs, ROAs and related documentation.
• Knowledge of superannuation, investments, insurance, and compliance.
• RG 146 accreditation preferred but not required.
• Willing to work in hybrid setup in Manila or Cebu.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate Statements of Advice (SOAs) aligned with adviser strategies.
• Perform financial modelling across SMSFs, trusts, and company structures.
• Maximize Xplan for financial planning, modelling, documentation, and reporting.
• Ensure advice meets relevant legislation, regulations, and compliance standards.
• Communicate strategies with financial advisers.
• Lead or support small teams when required.
