Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of data entry experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience handling confidential documents and sensitive employee information.
• Knowledge of HRIS or payroll systems.
• Strong data accuracy and system management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Keen attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with leadership and management to provide effective HR support.
• Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in compliance with company policies and legal standards.
• Organize and secure employee files and correspondence.
• Draft and process Compensation Agreements for new hires through DocuSign and file finalized documents.
• Verify the accuracy of commission structures, incentive plans, and payment terms.
• Identify and correct data inconsistencies and errors.
• Process employment changes through Personnel Action Forms, update employee records, and draft new Compensation Agreements as needed.
• Assist with audits and reporting related to compensation documentation.
