Job summary

Philip Morris International in Marikina is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead and coach Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives across the territory. You will drive volume, manage AR and pricing, and ensure strong distribution and visibility of PMFTC products.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of supervisory and field sales experience.
• Driver's license with manual transmission driving capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop Sales Assistants and Field Commercial Executives.
• Drive territorial volume, visibility and distribution targets.
• Manage accounts receivable, pricing, and coverage strategies.
• Monitor stock, inventory reconciliation and daily collections.
• Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance and field operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and reporting accuracy.
