Job summary

Philip Morris International is seeking a Cebu-based Sales Associate to drive product distribution and sales performance in assigned outlets. This on-site role requires strong relationship-building with retailers and proactive participation in marketing programs to meet volume targets.

The position involves travel within the territory, familiarity with trade marketing, and a commitment to PMI’s values and ethical standards. A high school diploma is required, with college degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with college degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel within the territory and ride a panel truck when required.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate, sell, and distribute PMFTC products to assigned outlets to achieve sales objectives.
• Execute commercial programs to deliver volume and collection targets.
• Analyze retail and customer profiles to identify opportunities and drive demand-generation initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers for quality service and partnerships.
• Coordinate with partners to maximize brand visibility and promoter deployment.
• Educate consumers on product features and proper usage while following guidelines.
• Monitor daily collections and accounts receivable per company credit policies.
• Uphold PMI values, integrity, and ethics in a positive work environment.
