Job summary

WSP Manila is seeking a Senior Facilities Specialist to lead the day-to-day delivery of workplace and facility services, ensuring a safe, compliant and well-maintained office that supports business needs.

The role supervises workplace staff and outsourced providers, deputizes for the Head of Workplace Administration, and provides data, analysis, and recommendations to guide leasing, space planning and budgeting.

Qualifications

• Senior facilities management experience.
• Ability to coordinate with building management and external service providers.
• Strong operational planning and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day delivery of workplace and facility services to ensure safety, compliance, maintenance and fit for business needs.
• Supervise workplace staff and outsourced providers, deputize for the Head of Workplace Administration when required, and provide data, analysis and recommendations to support leasing, space planning and budgeting.
• Manage ongoing operations with minimal supervision and support expansion to additional office location.
