Job summary

You will perform routine site inspections, ensure building processes and best practices, and contribute ideas for cost savings and process improvements.

You will provide admin support at front desk, coordinate appointments, and help manage procurement, health and safety programs, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or related fields.
• Understanding of local occupational health and safety requirements.
• Knowledge of critical facilities and vendor management.
• Knowledgeable in various property systems.
• Team player with proven track record of flawless project execution.
• Able to follow company standards and procedures.
• Can easily interact with general client staff and vendors to deliver efficient services.
• Able to address conflicts and conflicting priorities effectively.
• Excellent and resilient communicator.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine site inspections to ensure all building processes and best practices are implemented and maintained
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
• Work closely with clients and suppliers onsite to identify facility-related enquiries and requirements
• Provide admin support including front desk duties, basic housekeeping, and appointment coordination
• Participate in procurement of vendors and services
• Ensure workplace health and safety by keeping safe workplace procedures in place and order
• Help implement and manage risk management programs, disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Follow escalation and incident reporting procedures and comply with firm guidelines and strategies
• Hit key performance indicators and meet service level agreements
