Job summary

Virtual Business Partners LLC is seeking a Senior Facilities Officer to oversee day-to-day facilities operations, workplace readiness, maintenance, safety, and administrative requirements across VBP offices in the Philippines. You will provide operational guidance to the Facilities department and ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and audit requirements.

Responsibilities include leading the Facilities Team, managing vendor relationships, supporting expansion or relocation projects,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management or related field.
• 3–5 years in facilities, workplace, environmental management, or related operations.
• Experience supervising teams or contractors preferred.
• Willing to undergo training to become Pollution Control Officer (PCO) Safety Officer (SO) 2.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for Facilities and Environmental Management operations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Facilities Team while fostering accountability and excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, maintenance programs, workplace readiness, and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, regulatory, and audit requirements.
• Drive sustainability initiatives focused on waste management, energy efficiency, and stewardship.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and operational controls.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure service quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Support facility expansion, renovation, relocation, and workplace optimization projects.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational, environmental, and compliance risks.
• Lead emergency preparedness, crisis response, and business continuity activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance workplace experience and goals.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
