Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Manila is seeking a General Manager to lead a strategic client account, oversee Integrated Facilities Management and Workplace Experience services, and drive operational excellence, financial performance, and client satisfaction.

You will balance strategic vision with execution, build relationships with executive stakeholders, and inspire multi-disciplinary teams to deliver hospitality-led, service-driven outcomes across the account.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in FM/IFM environments.
• Hospitality background mandatory with premium customer/employee experience experience.
• Regional exposure with experience leading across multiple countries.
• Proven history leading large, multifunctional teams and developing leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, Engineering, and related workplace services.
• Serve as the primary executive point of contact for client leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with client objectives and CBRE priorities.
• Own account financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and profitability targets.
• Establish, monitor, and drive KPIs, SLAs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee third-party vendors and service partners to meet contractual obligations.
• Lead workplace, hospitality, guest services, and employee experience programs.
• Drive compliance with health, safety, security, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead business continuity, risk management, and governance programs.
• Coach and inspire multifunctional teams with accountability and collaboration.
• Drive talent development, succession planning, change management, and engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and value creation for client and CBRE.
