Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead design, development, and production of building services systems. You will oversee design and drawings of structural systems, manage quality control, and drive delivery from conception to completion with regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes leadership across large teams, international client engagement, and development of regional strategic plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering; Master’s or PhD may be held.
• Chartership/registration within jurisdiction.
• Typically 15+ years’ experience in design of multi-level projects.
• Experience with reinforced & post-tensioned concrete and steelwork.
• Experience with design software including RAPT, RAM Concept, SpaceGass, ETABS.
• Experience in international design offices and Australian standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate engineering and BIM resources across projects.
• Lead and manage quality checking of designs and deliverables.
• Oversee projects from conception to completion ensuring compliance.
• Mentor consultants and manage workload and junior staff.
• Contribute to strategic planning and client relationship management.
