Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including plumbing, electrical, heating, cooling, and life-safety components.

You will support preventive maintenance programs, ensure compliance with codes, and help optimize energy use while keeping safety and quality at the forefront. The role requires a licensed EE/ME and 3–4 years in facilities management in Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Licensed electrical or mechanical engineer (EE/ME).
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Facilities/Building Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Able to perform physical tasks and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs of mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire life safety, and control systems.
• Comply with applicable codes, regulations, and company directives.
• Maintain an energy management program to optimize efficiency.
• Assist with preventive maintenance programs and emergency repairs as needed.
• Follow safety policies for hazardous materials handling and disposal.
• Review building systems to ensure operation within design specifications.
• Share knowledge and mentor others in job discipline.
