Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. Taguig City seeks a Building Engineer to monitor, maintain and repair building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC and roofing. Licensed mechanical or electrical engineer required with at least 2 years in facilities or building systems.

The role is full-time with a shifting schedule (6 days a week, weekends/holidays) and involves collaboration with architects, engineers and contractors to ensure optimal performance and compliance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at least 2 years of experience in facilities or building systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Willing to work a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems: electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventive tasks.
• Inspect and test systems to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers and contractors on system upgrades.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for optimal performance.
• Conduct energy audits and identify saving opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
