CBRE GWS IFM PHILS. CORP. is seeking a Building Engineer to monitor and maintain mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and control systems across our facilities in Metro Manila.

You will perform preventive and reactive maintenance, review work orders, estimate materials, and ensure safety and code compliance. The role requires a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with 1–3 years in facilities/building management, willingness to work a 6-day rotating shift (AM/MID/PM), and familiarity with a

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer.
• With at least 1-3 years of experience in Facilities/Building Management.
• Can work 6-days, and should be amenable to shifting schedule (AM - MID - PM).
• Knowledgeable with 52-week PM calendar.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance (Preventive and Reactive) and repairs to mechanical, plumbing, structural, furniture, fire, life safety, and control systems.
• Keep facility and building systems up to applicable standards as assigned.
• Review assigned work orders; estimate time and materials; order necessary materials and supplies.
• Maintain an energy management program to keep operating costs at a minimum.
• Coach others and share knowledge across disciplines.
