Job summary

CBRE GWS IFM Philippines Corp. seeks an Engineer to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems including mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and life safety. You will support preventive maintenance and operate within CBRE standards.

You will need a licensed EE/ME and 3–4 years of facilities/building management experience, with strong MS Office skills and the ability to manage safety and energy programs.

Qualifications

• Licensed EE/ME with 3–4 years in facilities/building management.
