Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Building Engineer in Taguig City to monitor, maintain, and repair building systems such as electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and related equipment. The role requires licensed mechanical or electrical engineering background with at least two years' experience in facilities or building systems, and a willingness to work six days a week, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with at least 2 years of facilities or building systems experience.
• Strong knowledge of building systems including electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair building systems: electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Perform routine maintenance and schedule preventive tasks.
• Inspect and test systems to ensure proper operation.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for upgrades.
• Develop and implement maintenance plans for optimal performance.
• Conduct energy audits and identify savings opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
