Qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise / major account sales experience.
- Direct B2B software sales background.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling PLM, MES, MOM, IIoT, or related technologies.
- Exposure to Electronics & Semiconductors, Process Industries, or Food & Beverage.
Responsibilities
- Lead Philippines sales strategy and deliver software & services revenue targets.
- Drive new logo acquisition, enterprise sales, and recurring revenue growth.
- Manage strategic Named Accounts and high-value prospects using a consultative, value-based approach.
- Build relationships with C-level and key business stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams and channel partners to execute account strategies.
- Identify customer business challenges, buying barriers, and decision-making structures.
- Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences.
- Mentor junior sales professionals and support partner development.
