Job summary

Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Lead in the Philippines to drive software and services revenue. You will manage Named Accounts and New Logo prospects, coordinating a matrix of internal resources and partners to close large deals.

You will map decision makers, address business challenges, and own the contact strategy. English communication must be strong, with a proven record of quota attainment across major industries. This position is hybrid.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or Engineering degree is a plus.
At least 10 years’ experience in major/enterprise account sales.
Direct sales experience is a strong plus.
Experience with MOM, MES, APS, IIoT, PLM, Digital Twin, Digital Manufacturing or related portfolio.
Consecutive years of excellent sales performance and quota attainment.
Familiarity with Electronics, Semiconductors, Process Industries, or Food & Beverage sectors.
Excellent English speaking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the Philippines business to achieve software and services sales targets with emphasis on new revenue and ARR expansion.
Drive business in allocated Named Accounts and/or New Logo prospects using a strategic value-based approach.
Coordinate a matrix team including internal resources and partners to execute plans.
Map account decision makers and understand high-level business challenges and purchase obstacles.
Serve as key contact for account knowledge and activity and represent Siemens at meetings and events.
Mentor junior sales team members and partners/resellers where appropriate.
