Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Communications, Technology, or related fields.
• 8+ years in Sales/BD/Account Management, with at least 5 years in Ads/Media Sales or Enterprise Tech.
• Proven experience managing enterprise accounts and building strategic partnerships in digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of enterprise advertisers, media agencies, and strategic partners.
• Develop outbound sales strategies based on industry verticals and local opportunities.
• Establish and maintain relationships with C-level stakeholders and brand decision-makers.
• Prepare and deliver data-driven commercial proposals and pitches.
• Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization; collaborate with cross-functional teams.
