Job summary

Lennor Metier Consulting, a DOLE-licensed headhunting and recruitment agency in the Philippines, is seeking a Business Development Manager for enterprise software sales across Alabang, Cebu and Davao. You will lead sales strategies, manage key accounts, and drive ERP solutions to deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in enterprise software sales, with at least 3 years focused on SAP or ERP.
Excellent English and Filipino communication in written and spoken form.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.

Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships with key clients and serve as main contact for strategic accounts.
Solution Selling: Understand client challenges and recommend ERP solutions with measurable ROI.
Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead end-to-end sales cycles, including proposals, pricing, and contract negotiation.
Market Insight & Business Development: Stay updated on industry trends and identify new opportunities.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with pre-sales, delivery teams, and partners to deliver a seamless client experience.
Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain pipeline data and report on metrics to leadership.
