Amazon Web Services Philippines Inc. seeks a dynamic Partner Sales Manager to lead the enterprise partner strategy in the Philippines and drive revenue through partner and AWS collaborations.

You will build relationships with CXO/VP-level contacts and technical teams to propel cloud adoption and solutioning. The role requires strong business development, channel management, and communications skills, with a proven track record in enterprise software sales and partnerships across the Philippine

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA with 10+ years in software/tech sales
• Extensive channel and alliance experience in Philippines
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate across internal and external organizations

Responsibilities

• Drive the Enterprise Philippines partner strategy and pipeline.
• Own and close partner-originated and AWS-originated opportunities.
• Recruit, onboard, educate, and measure partners in Philippines.
• Develop and execute strategic sales growth plans with internal stakeholders.
• Educate partners on AWS solutions and build business value propositions.
• Prepare business reviews for senior management and manage contract negotiations.
• Develop long-term strategic partnerships and handle inquiries.
