Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Account Specialist to drive sales revenue and manage relationships with our customers across the region. You will lead account planning, qualify leads, and work with Core Account Executives to close opportunities and exceed quotas.

You will leverage a matrix team, develop strategic alliances, maintain CRM data, and report on pipeline. Travel to client locations is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Team player with ability to work with Core Account Executives as co-prime.
• Strong field-based software sales experience.
• Experience in complex, large-figure deals.
• Motivated, execution-focused with urgency and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience with analytics, data, databases or business intelligence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement territory and account plans to deliver sales objectives.
• Meet and exceed quotas through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities.
• Lead a matrix account team to develop sales pipeline and strengthen relationships.
• Develop strategic partner alliances and manage CRM data.
• Provide regular reporting of pipeline and forecast via CRM.
• Travel to customer locations to support sales efforts.
