Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Makati, Philippines, seeks an Engineering & Service Senior Manager to lead the after-sales department, integrating service, parts sales, and contract management for HVAC, kitchen, and laundry solutions.

You will drive revenue through forecasting and negotiation while overseeing credit, collections, and personnel. This is a senior leadership role focused on strategic operations and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of Engineering, preferably a licensed Mechanical Engineer.
• Experience: At least 10 years of managerial experience.
• Technical Expertise: 10+ years in HVAC, equipment maintenance, and warranty management.
• Product Knowledge: Proficient in kitchen, laundry, and air-conditioning systems.
• Business Skills: Experienced in after-sales service, parts sales, forecasting, and contracts.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Software: Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organize, plan, and coordinate all after-sales activities in the department.
• Forecast parts sales and review costs to maximize contributions and bids.
• Lead negotiation and finalization of service contracts and sales agreements.
• Manage credit and collection to ensure ARs are paid on time.
• Work with customer engineers until major equipment is installed and commissioned.
• Update management on escalated service activities and assist planning.
• Recruit and assign qualified personnel to meet service requests.
