Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Civil Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in real estate or related industry.
• Analytical, strategic, organized, entrepreneurial with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to post-launch optimization.
• Collaborate with Design & Construction, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Permits, and Property Management to meet milestones.
• Lead market research, pricing strategy, and inventory absorption.
• Oversee project budgets and monitor performance across multiple projects.
• Support sales launches, promotions, and brand-aligned deliverables.
• Travel frequently within assigned areas.
