Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Civil Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
Strong leadership and supervisory experience in real estate or related industry.
Analytical, strategic, organized, entrepreneurial with ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

Oversee full lifecycle of real estate projects from inception to post-launch optimization.
Collaborate with Design & Construction, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Permits, and Property Management to meet milestones.
Lead market research, pricing strategy, and inventory absorption.
Oversee project budgets and monitor performance across multiple projects.
Support sales launches, promotions, and brand-aligned deliverables.
Travel frequently within assigned areas.
