Job summary

Dempsey Resource Management Inc. seeks an experienced professional to lead HVAC service operations in our Manila region. You will oversee service scheduling, field technicians, and performance metrics to ensure top-tier after-sales support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years in HVAC service operations, and strong leadership abilities. RME is preferred but not mandatory. On-site work in Muntinlupa.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• Registered Mechanical Engineer (RME) preferred but not mandatory.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HVAC service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of centralized and decentralized HVAC systems (VRF, chilled water, split systems).
• Proficiency in MS Office and service management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Supervise scheduling, dispatching, and performance of Service Engineers and Technicians.
• Drive performance metrics to increase departmental after-sales revenue.
• Oversee post-project turnover communication and manage escalated technical concerns with urgency.
• Design and implement preventive maintenance schedules for VRF, chilled water, and split systems.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, and Finance to streamline handovers and billing.
