Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Pasay, Philippines, seeks a senior finance leader to guide financial strategy and long-term planning. This role oversees reporting, treasury, taxation, and controls while partnering with retail and operations teams to improve profitability and cost efficiency.

You will lead a team of finance professionals, drive FP&A, budgeting, and cash flow management, and build strong relationships with auditors, banks, and regulators to support sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive finance experience, incl. 3–5 years in a senior leadership role, retail or FMCG.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, cash flow mgmt, taxation and internal controls expertise.
• Proven ability to drive profitability, cost optimization and business performance.
• Strong leadership, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to support business growth.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, treasury, taxation, audit, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Partner with commercial and operations teams to improve sales performance, margins, profitability, and cost efficiency.
• Analyze financial performance across stores and business units, providing actionable insights to senior management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team while managing relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, and other key stakeholders.
