Job summary

HRTX in Cebu City is seeking a Sales & Operations Senior Manager to lead and oversee sales and operational performance across multiple branches, driving revenue, profitability and customer experience. You will develop and implement strategic initiatives, translate objectives into actionable plans, mentor branch managers, and monitor KPIs to ensure targets are met.

Bachelor's degree in related field.
10+ years in sales and operations with at least 5 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
Experience managing large multi-branch organizations with multiple locations or units.
Experience developing and executing sales and operational strategies with measurable results.
Track record in driving revenue growth and improving efficiency.
Experience in business performance reviews and KPI development.
Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance-driven culture building.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel regularly across branches or locations.

Responsibilities

Develop and lead overall sales and operations strategies aligned with business objectives.
Oversee performance of multiple branches or locations and ensure targets are met.
Lead annual and periodic sales plans, forecasts, and growth strategies.
Conduct business performance reviews across branches and identify trends and risks.
Improve sales performance and results, addressing underperforming locations.
Establish and monitor branch and team KPIs with alignment to goals.
Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and sales leaders.
Foster a performance-driven culture with clear expectations and coaching.
Oversee day-to-day operations across sales, branch ops, customer service, and inventory.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce operating costs.
Monitor market conditions and identify new opportunities; adjust strategies.
Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, HR, and others for execution.
Present performance updates and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
