HRTx Inc. is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager – Construction Projects in Metro Manila to generate new project opportunities, secure contracts, and drive revenue growth.

The role focuses on building a strong project pipeline and closing multimillion-peso deals with developers and property owners. The ideal candidate has an engineering or architectural background and strong commercial acumen with a proven sales track record in construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business, or related field.
• Licensed Engineer or Architect is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new construction and fit-out project opportunities.
• Build relationships with developers, property owners, project managers, and decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing, scope, and contract terms.
• Track leads, proposals, and awarded projects; maintain sales forecasting records.
