Job summary

HRTx Inc in the Manila area is seeking a Sales Lead to supervise daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver exceptional customer service for laptops, desktops, and related accessories.

You will lead a motivated sales team, coach staff, manage inventory and POS transactions, and ensure proper merchandising and service standards across locations including Taguig, Quezon City, and Mandaluyong.

Qualifications

• College graduate or college level expected.
• 2–4 years in team leadership or sales lead roles.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of technology products (laptops, desktops, peripherals).
• Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to achieve store targets.
• Monitor daily sales and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
• Drive upselling and cross-selling of laptops, computers and accessories.
• Assist customers in identifying suitable products based on needs and budget.
