Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer application, BE/B.Tech or any graduate.
• 4+ years of IT management experience with at least 1–2 years in a team-leader or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Network engineering and troubleshooting across diverse software and hardware environments.
• Root cause analysis and problem solving; supervise daily IT department activities.
• Develop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization.
• Design and deliver training programs and workshops for staff.
