The Corporate Institute seeks an accomplished financial leader to head Debt Syndication and Execution in the Philippines. You will drive end-to-end debt transactions, structure complex credits, and coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and investors to deliver bespoke funding solutions.

At senior level, you will manage high-stakes stakeholder relationships, negotiate terms, and close large deals that optimize clients’ capital structures and fuel growth in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership in debt syndication and structured finance.
• Strong lender/investor network across BFSI and corporate sectors.
• Proven track record in end-to-end deal execution and capital-structure optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end debt syndication deals from structuring to execution.
• Manage relationships with corporate clients, banks, NBFCs, and investors.
• Drive negotiations and optimize clients' capital structures.
