Job Description:

• 10+ years of experience in leading end-to-end debt syndication deals, structuring complex credit transactions, managing lender/investor relationships, and driving execution across BFSI and corporate sectors with strong capital market understanding.
• Senior banker with 10+ years in debt syndication/structured finance, strong lender network, experience in complex credit structuring, deal execution, and investor relationship management.
