The Corporate Institute in the Philippines seeks a Manager – Project Advisory & Structured Finance to join a team delivering project finance, infrastructure advisory, and corporate finance services for clients in both private and government sectors.

The role covers the full transaction lifecycle—from origination to closure—including feasibility studies, IMs, capital structuring, fund syndication, and valuation, with a focus on robust financial modelling and clear client communication.

Qualifications

• Strong financial modelling capability.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Sound understanding of project finance and corporate finance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate business plans and project feasibility.
• Prepare Information Memorandums (IMs) and other financing documents.
• Build and analyse financial models for project evaluation.
• Conduct risk assessment and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Support in structuring capital and arranging/syndicating funds.
• Participate in valuations, acquisitions, and related advisory work.
