The Corporate Institute in the Philippines seeks a skilled financial advisory professional to perform credit assessments, analyze audited statements, and support debt proposals. You will prepare information memorandums, build financial models, and coordinate due diligence with consultants and data rooms for lenders.

Responsibilities

• Analysing audited financial statements, and conducting detailed credit assessments to support debt and advisory transactions.
• Evaluating credit assessment based on review of Credit rating and various other Company reports.
• Evaluating group credit positions, coordinate due diligence activities with consultants, and work closely with clients to organize and manage data rooms for lender review.
• Prepare Information Memorandum, Financial Models, Presentation materials, credit notes and any other documents in connection with various debt proposals.
• Strong understanding on Balance sheet evaluation and ability to make Cashflow projections/Financial Model for potential investors.
• Understanding various credit queries and address the same to Investor satisfaction.
• Liase with clients on receipt of information/data and streamlining to investor expectations/formats.
• Stay updated with market trends, regulations, and industry developments affecting investment banking activities/financial advisory services.
• Strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple transaction requirements efficiently.
