Job summary

The Corporate Institute is seeking a senior business development lead to expand our client portfolio in the fintech space. You will identify and onboard new clients, tailor financing solutions, and build long-term relationships while aligning with client growth and working capital needs.

You will also deploy funds to existing clients, gather market insights, and work with internal teams to enhance platform features and user experience for superior client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in Investment banking or investment management, venture debt funds, or fintech services.
• 5+ years in Debt Structuring and Risk Assessment.
• Experience in client acquisition and relationship management, preferably in fintech.

Responsibilities

• Expand the client portfolio by identifying and onboarding new clients.
• Understand client financing needs and communicate how the platform addresses them.
• Manage and nurture client relationships for high satisfaction and retention.
• Strategically deploy funds to existing clients based on growth and working capital needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve platform features and user experience.
