FLIN Financing Corporation seeks a senior leader to shape and govern the M&N program, driving creditor relations, product design, and risk controls. You will build a scalable operation with a full P&L, recruit and lead the founding team, and ensure compliance with Philippine laws while delivering measurable outcomes.

The role demands deep networks in banks, OLAs, and financing firms, fluency in Filipino and professional English, and a hands-on, results‑oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Law, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in collections, recovery, loan restructuring or settlement, credit operations, or debt-related sales in the Philippines.
• Established verifiable network with decision-makers in collections and recovery teams of Philippine banks, OLAs, and credit/financing companies.
• Fluent in Filipino (Tagalog) with excellent professional English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets; comfortable with CRM/LoS platforms, dashboards and AI productivity tools.

Responsabilités

• Negotiate and sign cooperation frameworks with creditors.
• Lead high‑value, multi‑lender negotiations.
• Define end‑to‑end M&N customer journey and playbooks.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine regulations and licensing.
• Track funnel metrics and report outcomes.
