Job summary

A. K Group seeks a seasoned corporate banking professional in the Philippines to originate and manage high-value relationships with mid to large corporate clients across bond placement, NBFC lending, and private credit.

You will drive business lifecycle from sourcing to divestment, structuring credits and coordinating with legal teams. The role emphasizes managing a growing portfolio in infrastructure and manufacturing, ensuring compliance and credit hygiene, and delivering end-to-end deal

Qualifications

• 4-8 years in Mid-Corporate/Large Corporate Banking, Debt Capital Markets (DCM), or Structured Finance.
• Experience originating and managing high-value relationships with mid and large corporate clients.
• Understanding of bond placements (NCDs/CPs) and private credit.

Responsibilities

• Origination & Business Development: Analysis of sectors to identify funding requirements suitable for bond issuance or private credit.
• Sourcing mandates for corporate bond placements (NCDs/CPs) and structured credit.
• Relationship & Portfolio Management: Manage a high-growth portfolio in Infrastructure and Manufacturing sectors; coordinate with legal and compliance; track credit hygiene.
