Growthally Advisors is a financial advisory firm seeking a Senior Manager/Manager – Debt Syndication to lead the debt advisory and syndication practice. The role involves guiding Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers, shaping financing strategies, and driving end-to-end transactions for MSMEs, mid-corporates, and corporate clients.

You will coordinate with banks, NBFCs, AIFs, and other lenders, negotiate terms, and ensure timely closures while contributing to P&L and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• CA qualification is acceptable.
• Additional finance/credit qualifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Credit Analysts and Relationship Managers.
• Oversee end-to-end debt advisory and syndication mandates.
• Develop financing strategies and drive transactions.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, covenants, and structures.
• Monitor progress and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain high-quality lender proposals and information memos.
