Job summary

The Corporate Institute seeks a finance leader to own project finance, budgeting, and statutory compliance across our development initiatives in the Philippines.

You will coordinate with banks, auditors, legal teams, and lenders; manage loan documentation, disbursement, and cash flow alignment with milestones; assist senior management on project evaluations, funding options, and risk analysis, and support policy development and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project finance activities including loan structuring, documentation, disbursement, utilization, and repayment.
• Liaise with banks, trustees, and lenders for sanctions, renewals, and post-disbursement compliance.
• Monitor loan covenants, escrow mechanisms, and cash flow alignments with project milestones.
• Prepare and monitor project budgets, cash flow statements, and financial projections.
• Support due diligence, title review, and compliance with regulatory standards for lenders.
