Job summary

Business Process Outsourcing International, Inc. is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Supervisor who is highly organized and detail-oriented to oversee the company's compensation and benefits programs.

You will ensure accurate payroll-related processes and maintain compliance with applicable regulations while supporting competitive employee rewards. The role requires leadership of the Compensation & Benefits team, salary benchmarking, and collaboration with internal partners to evolve

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll, or HR Operations.
• 1–2 years supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
• Knowledge of compensation principles, salary structures, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day Compensation & Benefits operations.
• Oversee administration of employee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
• Ensure accurate salary, benefits, deductions, and adjustments.
• Maintain compliance with statutory requirements and company policies.
• Prepare reports and analyses for management.
• Develop compensation structures and salary grades.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners.
• Coach and develop team members.
• Support HR projects, audits, and initiatives.
